A quick trip post storm to Greenport NY from Clinton to Townsend Marina in Aeris my 1971 27ft C&C sailboat. I normally am singlehanded sailing so I can’t get too much audio as I am on the tiller. It was a great sail over and I hit over 9 knots SOG on the way. This video was taken by Mike Scott and shows my 2day build 14ft Zest dinghy sailing for the first time. Built during the 2 day Edensaw Boatbuilding Challenge at the Port Townsend WBF. Builders were Josh Turner, Bob Lange while Dan Carter and I took videos and got in the way.
