The Archipielago de Revillagigedo is home to seven species of sharks, playful bottlenose dolphins, inquisitive manta rays, and clouds of jacks, barracuda, and wahoo. From mid-February to mid-April, humpback whales visit this area offering guests opportunities for surface sightings and, when mother nature allows, a unique chance to see them underwater. Red Sailboat, free sailing Bought second hand in awful condition, restored and put to good use. It came with cotton sails, albeit cut with scissors for reasons unknown (!) Also no boom and no joint to have one. Sails were sewn back, boom was added but somwhow it was too heavy. Leaned too much, cotton caught water and boat capsized. Luckily I found a fiberglass rod from a broken umbrella, and some synthetic fabric for some new sails. This is the first run, tethered
