EALISTIC WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (while on vacation / travelling) 🌴 Eating down here is a bit more difficult at times than at home. 👉🏼 The grocery stores are smaller, it’s harder to come by a lot of protein that isn’t meat based, and things are quite expensive! However, we are making it work and having fun with it in the kitchen 😌 I am slowly letting go of the need to feel like I have to have protein at every single meal and learning to cook with the local foods to save $$!
