Our first addition to the channel. By this point in 2018 we had test sailed the Hanse 388 already and decided to buy the Hanse 418, very similar just a little bigger. This was a really nice bonus test sail from Skeppsholmen to Svinninge last year (2018) with Bohus Yachts. What a great day for sailing. Music by Max Noremo - thanks

It can be super simple to cook on a boat. Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together.
