Покажу одно из неявных достоинств катамаранов (явные все и так знают). Сколько раз мы наблюдали эту ситуацию - якорная стоянка, практически нет волны. Манюшка стоит словно вкопанная. А рядом килевые яхты. Сами можете оценить разницу. Это Порт Соер вчера и позавчера (почти полностью закрытая бухта). (Укачивающимся смотреть не рекомендуется. И прошу поклонников однокорпусных лодок - не бейте меня сильно, пожалуйста!) :) Забавно, что люди с этих яхт, глядя на нас, два дня переставлялись поближе к Манюшке, думая что тут меньше качает. И потом с грустью и завистью смотрели на то, как мы кушаем плов в кормовом кокпите, с бутылками и бокалами, спокойно стоящими на столе. Конечно, можно кинуть кормовой якорь. Но во-первых, он мало у кого есть (я за несколько лет только два раза видел лодки, кидавшие на ночевку второй якорь с кормы). Во-вторых, с ним очень много мороки. И в-третьих, волна вовсе не обязательно идет с одного направления. Есть еще метод с заведением якорной цепи на среднюю утку через оттяжку, но это совсем редкость.
