A somber evening for many reasons. A spot of joy here and there, but I'm afraid it is hard to care. So many friends are hurting for so many reasons. It's really hard to be happy with the season. I hope you and yours find joy in the morning some of us will still be mourning. It isn't a joy kill that we know as a skill. It is the fact of our age we've seen some pain. Fantastic trip from St Kilda to Apollo Bay. We set off at night to give ourselves the navigation practice in the busy Bay and test our ability to run successful watches - get sleep etc
