| Palm Beach XI sailed up the Derwent River just on sunset to take 5th place in Line Honours. A remarkable achievement given the little sailing time the crew had prior to the race and in light of abandoned fishing lines getting wrapped around their keel and dagger boards.

It is the first storm of the season. Hurricane Agatha in the Pacific crossed Mexico into the Gulf (Now the Atlantic Hurricane region) and turned into Tropical Storm One. Heading right to us. It was weak, but you never know if it will stay that way as it moves over the warm Gulf of Mexico water. Ever ridden out a tropical storm or hurricane in your house or boat? The RPMs are on point but the cockpit display isn't. We swapped the stock alternator for my original Balmar alternator and regulator to work with my lithium batteries. The pulley ratio is correct. I'm told I may need a Balmar 15-TSS Tach Signal Stabilizer. Multitech is working on it but another holiday weekend means more waiting to order the part and have it installed.
