The start of the One Circular Quay Australian Maxi Championship SOLAS Big Boat Challenge saw Master Lock Comanche lead the fleet down the harbour. Bow Caddy tracked her from our boat and this is the result from a hand-held non-gimballed camera with Master Lock Comanche reaching speeds of around 25 knots plus. It was an impressive sight. The next Bestevaer 45ST PURE in line to be outfitted is called 'Mate'. Here she is being moved from our aluminium hall and prepared to be outfitted. This PURE will have a fixed keel, and is the first to have a steering wheel configuration instead of tiller. The arc on the stern is a custom option on request of the owner.
