Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community. We believe that world-class people, deserve world-class experiences. Towards the end our daily boat cruise, sailing the Athens riviera we witnessed a pod of dolphins playing very close to the coast and Alimos Marina! An impressive seeing right off the city's shores!
