We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). È giusto stare nel presente, non pre-occuparsi (“occuparsi prima che accada qualcosa”), nè vivere nel passato, con i ricordi a riempire le giornate. Ogni tanto fa anche bene fermarsi e fare un check. Quest’oggi andiamo a fare un’escursione e prima di partire c’è il momento “Preso tutto? La crema? Asciugamano? Libro?”, tutti step mentali che ci aiutano a essere organizzati e pronti al pomeriggio che ci aspetta. Vedo molte analogie con quanto mostrato nel video. È un giorno di check mentali e organizzativi. Presa la crema? Siamo pronti per l’escursione? Siamo pronti per il domani? C.
