Shortly after the start of the 2024 Ardglass Race the team on GTR forgot that they were the second fleet to start and that there were a bunch of cruisers that that they need to pass on the way to the narrows. The mainsheet man heard the call of starboard and pointed out that they need to duck quick to avoid the right of way yacht. A quick ease of the main followed by a duck had GTR heading out the the building pressure on the right before taking over on the starboard and heading for the entry of the narrows.
