They mess with your balance and make seasickness worse. Trust me. 🧘‍♀️ Patience is everything. You can’t rush nature. The wind comes when it comes. 💧 Hydration matters more than you think. Feeling off? Drink water first. 💡 Extra tip: Sleep when you can and respect your watch shifts. You never know when you’ll need that extra energy—especially when a squall hits at 2am. Since we started our journey we have had 0 days without storms... it have been a pain to sail the only 300nm we have done until now... We knew this lifestyle was a challenge... we just didn't believed it will be from the start
