Navigando mure a destra, la performance del trimarano italiano è penalizzata dai danni subiti la scorsa notte: Giovanni Soldini spiega: "Senza il foil del timone sinistro è molto difficile controllare l'assetto longitudinale di Maserati Multi 70, che tende ad impennarsi per poi ricadere nell'acqua: a risentirne è ovviamente la velocità. Non vediamo l'ora di strambare!"
