Clay stop motion. Again I tried to make the movements smoother than in the previous video. This time I just used artificial light, but there's still some shadows. Pictures taken with Canon Powershot SX30is on 'wide screen'. Edited in WLMM, after that I saved it als HD film, imported it again in WLMM to speed up some parts and to add music and titles to it, and saved it again as HD film.

One of the things I love about sailing the world and traveling the way we do is trying new foods and learning new ways of cooking. In Trinidad, one of the clear winners has been Green Seasoning! A simple yet versatile seasoning mix, we'd never come across it before visiting the Caribbean. Now, it goes on BBQ ribs and chicken, and into our Trini curries, almost becoming a staple in our galley fridge! I show you how I make a flavorful, Trinidad-inspired green seasoning, a staple in Caribbean cuisine, before finishing off with some delicious BBQ! In mine I put thyme, spring onions (chives), pimento, habanero and parsley, garlic when I remember, and usually a bit of oil and lime juice. You'd usually add chadon beni to a Trini green seasoning, but we tend to skip it as one of our boat's crew prefers it without. _________________________________________________ After backpacking Asia, road tripping Europe and doing a bit of van life, we’re now exploring the world aboard our Leopard 45 catamaran.
