Which sucks! Let me tell you - A strong, fit, badass upper body is NEVER out of your reach. Just like doing your first push up, pull up, or barbell press isn’t either. ☝🏼 We need to stop putting ourselves into boxes and telling ourselves what we can and cannot do. Because otherwise our potential will always remain within those walls.
