S/V Karayato is a 2004 TRT 1200, for sale by owner. She is a Norwegian designed performance catamaran. This boat was modified at the yard by the previous owner to be more suitable as a liveaboard than the original TRT 1200 design. The bridge deck is lowered to make room for a spacious deck house with galley, a sofa that sits eight and a navigation station. The mast and rig is from 2013. The furling system, genoa and mainsail were bought new in 2019 and the jib is from 2022 . Karayato is quick, strong and a lot of fun to sail. This might only crack me up, but I love how the food tries to rotate but our boat is heeling so much that it slides to the port side of the boat everytime the food gets the windward side!
