I bought this gear for emergency use only. In case my prop gets entangled again. The first time it happened it was nearly catastrophic as the sudden stop of the prop from the entangled next sent a vibration and micro debris up the shaft to the dripless seal and the boat began to leak .. . which I was not aware of until I woke up after a nap having being pulled to port by the coast guard and the water was now above the floorboards. The rigging specialist came and informed us that the situation is not the best at the moment And if our intention is to cross an ocean our rigging may be in not an ideal condition to do so And it would be an expense around 7 or 8 thousand euro And it's a lot of money So we thought about what we could give up to get the money And we made the decision to cancel the order of our beloved water maker
