Rain and a light 8-10 knot northerly accompanied Master Lock Comanche as she entered the Sydney Heads this morning a little after 11am, taking Line Honours in the One Circular Quay Audi Centre Sydney BWPS Cabbage Tree Island Race. Unfortunately for Law Connect, which was powering towards the Heads almost in sight of Comanche through the rain, the breeze clocked left into the northwest and died in between the Heads, leaving Law Connect having to tack to round South Head. And yes, that is Crosbie in the video trying to take photos in the rain with an umbrella up!

Today, and every day, we celebrate the wisdom and cultural heritage of Indigenous communities around the world — especially across Indonesia’s islands. As we sail through places like Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea, and the remote eastern archipelago, we are privileged to meet the original stewards of these lands and seas. Their stories, languages, craftsmanship, and deep connection to nature inspire every journey we take aboard our boutique phinisi expeditions. May we continue to listen, learn, protect, and uplift these voices — preserving traditions for generations to come. 🌊 Sail with us to discover journeys that honor people, place, and purpose. Experience culture through authentic connection. #WorldIndigenousPeoplesDay #RajaAmpatSailing #IndonesiaCulture #CulturalConnection #ResponsibleTravel #BoutiquePhinisi #MeaningfulJourney #IslandExpedition #LiveaboardIndonesia
