She’s lucky to have been designed and built, as close as possible to the long lived VINCENT of 1852, by someone bold enough to do it and who really knows what works: as a traditional boat, and as a successful charter vessel. She floats! Today the #Bestevaer 45 'Mate' was launched into the water! The owner was present to splash some champagne on her bow so that Neptune will be pleased and allow 'Mate' and her crew safe passages across all the world's seas. The next couple of weeks we will finalize the last work on board and start test sailing her.
