Take the smooth-riding 215 out for a run, and you'll see why it has quickly become the most popular boat in America. With great handling, tons of features and more room for some extra friends, their coolers and a beach bag or two, the Bayliner 215 has everything you could ask for. And the 215 is very reasonably priced. So budget in some water skis, a wakeboard and some tubes and take family fun to the next level. Better tighten the drawstrings on those shorts - the 215 could make this the summer best summer yet. Boasts more usable interior space and amenities for accommodating families in more comfort with extended range capabilities, the 205 is a versatile runabout with multiple product configurations: wide array of power choices, standard interior and seating, sport seating, and/or full fiberglass liner.

We did a major refit on our sailboat, and one of the key jobs was replacing the cutlass bearings — the parts that support the propeller shafts and keep vibrations low when the props spin. To do this, we hauled the boat out of the water, dropped the rudders, pulled the shafts, and used a heat gun to loosen the glue holding the old bearings in place. Once they slid out, we pressed in brand-new bearings, reinstalled everything, and got ready to launch again! It’s one of those behind-the-scenes jobs that makes a huge difference in how smooth and reliable the boat feels underway. Follow along for more sailboat refit projects, cruising life, and ocean adventures!
