Schön, dass du hier bist! Wir, Emely und Tjark, haben uns den Traum vom eigenen Segelboot erfüllt, eine Maxi84, relativ spontan und ohne das ganz große Geld. Das Boot müssen wir noch umtaufen auf den Namen Meera. Wir nehmen dich mit auf unsere Reise von blutigen Anfängern zu hoffentlich passablen Seglern. Bevor wir uns in die Wellen stürzen können, liegt noch ein Berg an Arbeit vor uns. Umbauten, Änderungen und vor allem der Sportbootführerschein müssen erledigt werden. Die Mittwochsregatta am 19.06.2024 fand zeitgleich mit dem Länderspiel von Deutschland gegen Ungarn statt. Der Beteiligung der Segler tat das keinen Abbruch. Der Wind wehte aus nordwestlicher Richtung, im Bereich von 20 Knoten. Wer mutig genug war, den Genaker zu ziehen konnte die Wellen herunter surfen wie hier J-88 Nemo und XP-38 Roxy. Nächste Woche gibt es nochmal eine Wettfahrt vor der Sommerpause aufgrund der Warnemünder Woche. Wir sehen uns.
