This was the first video I ever tried to film. I needed a distraction from what was ahead of me. 3 years ago, with a keel and hull flexing issue back in Scotland. I almost start tearing up remembering this terrible time. The yard was quite far from home, so I had to sleep in the car at the carpark, eat ready meals from the supermarket and shower wherever. One of our first projects involving sailing was back in May when we approached Irish Offshore Sailing to help them with a short promotional video. Unfortunately the only day which we could film on due to time constraints happened to have next to no wind. We headed out anyhow and put together a short video before they headed off on the Volvo Round Ireland Race later that month.
