For the builder, demand in the Middle East region is indeed significant, justifying an investment of nearly 30 million euros with the aim of expanding its industrial capacity by building a new state-of-the-art facility. Sunreef Yachts acquired a 16-acre (65,000 m²) site on which the construction of a first 110,000 square foot (10,000 m²) building was completed. The new yard began production in September 2023, initially employing around 50 staff.
