Ragazzi siamo quasi al giorno X! 😱 L’arrivo ufficiale sarà il 5 ottobre. Non a caso, nello stesso giorno uscirà il reel numero TRECENTOSESSANTACINQUE (anche se il viaggio è stato più lungo). Che dire… si sente il profumo di casa! L’impazienza dell’arrivo La nostalgia di qualcosa che sta per finire Insomma c’è tutto. Il panorama della Croazia oggi fa da cornice a una giornata piena dal punto di vista lavorativo. Per questo oggi ci godiamo poco il mare (tanto ormai Andrea ha scoperto l’acqua a 32 gradi e non entrerà mai più nel Mediterraneo). Seguendo le previsioni, è probabile che resteremo in questa splendida baia avvolta dal silenzio fino al 1 ottobre, giorno in cui molleremo uno degli ultimi ormeggi di questo lungo e straordinario viaggio. In next Friday’s full episode we set sail from the Aeolian Islands bound for Corsica with light winds forecast….the wind was so light at times that we found ourselves becalmed on a mirror flat sea drifting around in circles or backwards. We tried to be patient but then dark clouds began to appear and the radar tracked storms moving towards us. Wind then arrived allowing us to finally sail but when the lightning started we realised we needed to try to get out of the path of the storm…. #boatlife #sailing #sailinglife #becalmed #medsailing #sailaroundtheworld

È un periodo di fuoco e in questi ultimi due giorni non ho potuto fare a meno di pensare che ci stiamo perdendo il tempo. Non mi riferisco al visitare i posti o fare i turisti, quanto più a essere qui con mente e corpo, essere presenti. I pensieri invece volano sempre verso isole lontane, dove le responsabilità e il vortice lavorativo assorbono ogni cosa. Stasera durante il tramonto è accaduta una cosa che non capitava da un po’. Andre ha preso il piano e io mi sono sdraiata accanto a lui ad ascoltarlo. Di nuovo guardando il cielo ho potuto sentire quanto quel momento fosse di valore, quanto fosse importante. Respiriamo aria pulita, viviamo a contatto con la natura, abbiamo una fortuna indescrivibile, eppure è così facile dimenticarsi di guardare il cielo. Stasera tutto si è riallineato nuovamente, abbiamo parlato, ci siamo tenuti la mano, abbiamo aggiunto un tassello piccolo ma importante in questa routine che attraversa la felicita. Perché la felicità può spaventare e imparare ad accoglierla fa parte di un percorso coraggioso. Noi siamo qui, oggi. Tanta strada già percorsa, altrettanta (e oltre) da scoprire insieme.
