Hi!👋🏻 We're Ed & Paige. We met in 2011, and since then have grown together as a couple through our love of travel, sailing, and finding ourselves on some pretty epic (sometimes questionable) adventures. In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father (I got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻). Following his return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. After nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. 🌊 Mare non perfetto… ma la barca sì! Oggi siamo a bordo di una Gobbi 42 Atlantis, in navigazione verso Loano con condizioni di mare tutt’altro che ideali. ⚓ Grazie alla direzionabilità della spinta dei piedi poppieri, si riesce a correggere bene l’assetto sull’onda e a mantenere una navigazione efficace e sicura. 🚤 Circa 3.000 giri ⚡ 24 nodi ⛽ Consumo intorno ai 100 l/h E il comportamento della barca? The 142-foot, aluminum-hulled J-Class "Lionheart" sails off the coast of Cannes. This is one of the more serene yacht videos I can recall seeing in recent memory. The yacht is gorgeous and was originally penned in the 1930s by Burgess and Stephens, though it wasn't actually built until 2010. Enjoy the visuals.
