Brand-new state-of-the-art toilets and showers are now officially open at our Hamble Point Marina on the River Hamble. This major upgrade is part of a wider £1.2 million investment in the marina, with £500,000 dedicated specifically to transforming the washroom facilities. And there’s more to come! Work is currently underway on the redevelopment of the marina office, set to open this summer. The new space will feature a welcoming reception, a small essentials store for refreshments and supplies, and 24/7 access to the new facilities directly through the office. This is something new that doesn’t look or feel as anything new, but as a Hallberg-Rassy has always looked like. Hallberg-Rassy now offer EcoDeck, which is a strong, flexible, solvent free, UV-proof polyurethane resin based decking and caprail system. This viscous-elastic composite material has a stylish and warm effect with a seamless and durable finish. PU teak is made of polyurethane, which is more durable and non-skid than a PVC deck. PU teak has been used for years on superyachts.
