EQUIPMENT Aro de 9cm INGREDIENTS 375 ml Buttermilk 100 g eggs 2 g Vanilla 40 g Sugar 250 g Flour 5 g Bicarbonato 10 g fermento químico 3 g Sal 55 g Butter Melted INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl mix together the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. In a larger mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients along with the 55g of melted butter. Fold together until combined. Heat a frypan over medium low heat and add a tsp of butter. Pour the pancake batter into the frypan in the ring and cook for a few minutes until bubbles start to pop on the top. Flip and cook for a further few minutes until cooked through. Repeat with remaining the remaining batter. Serve the pancakes pilled up with honey and your favourite toppings.

Olympic Yacht Show 2025 Η 5η διοργάνωση της κορυφαίας έκθεσης σκαφών στην Ελλάδα ολοκληρώθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία 9-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στην Olympic Marine, στο Λαύριο. Σε κλίμα γιορτής και ενθουσιασμού, περισσότεροι από 25.000 επισκέπτες είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν 140 σκάφη μέσα στο νερό, 400 luxury brands, πολλές πρεμιέρες σκαφών και παράλληλα events, ενώ η αύξηση του αριθμού των ξένων επισκεπτών και η συμμετοχή διεθνών key players της βιομηχανίας του yachting ενίσχυσε ακόμα περισσότερο τη διεθνή ταυτότητα της έκθεσης. Επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τα standards της εγχώριας εκθεσιακής εμπειρίας, το Olympic Yacht Show δίνει έμφαση στην ποιότητα, την αισθητική, την καινοτομία και την ουσιαστική επαγγελματική δικτύωση, σε ένα event-σημείο αναφοράς για τους επαγγελματίες και τους λάτρεις της θάλασσας, που συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξη του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού στην Ελλάδα και στην προβολή της χώρας ως κορυφαίο προορισμό Yachting στον κόσμο.
