A jury has ordered former President Donald Trump to pay $83.3 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll, a writer who accused him of sexual assault and defamation[. The award includes $65 million in punitive damages and $18.3 million in compensatory damages. The jury found that Trump acted with malice and awarded the damages to stop him from continuing to attack Carroll. Trump has stated that he will appeal the verdict. #bbcnews

Once you get this one down, it's really easy to remember and it's great for tying two ropes together. 🔸 You can also use a sheet bend (different sizes) or a double sheet bend (covered in a separate post).
