Aloha! At the age of 58, my body has changed and I have Bat Wings--cue the music. We live on our sailboat and here is a quick exercise for women to aid in toning the Bat Wings. Over the past year I've been going shopping every week at the Central Market in Port of Spain. It's a fantastic local market with a huge range of quality seafood, meat, herbs, vegetables and fruit. In that time I've made connections with some of the local vendors who I really enjoy seeing each week. This week one market vendor kindly gifted me a Trinidadian cook book!
