Das Leben auf einem Segelboot bedeutet für uns noch so viel mehr als nur Freiheit und Unabhängigkeit. Wenn wir nicht da sind ist es so, als würde einem die Luft zum atmen fehlen. Es fehlt das Meeresrauschen, das Schaukeln der Wellen, es fehlt die Sonne und die Einsamkeit des Ozeans. Ja, es fehlt das Strahlen der Palmen in weiter Ferne an Land. Aber eigentlich ist es viel mehr ein „wie will ich sein“ als ein „wo will ich sein“. Denn mitten auf dem Meer sind wir wir selbst.
