A lot has happened on the outside but also a lot of work has happened on the inside. Here is a quick tour of my new v-berth - the master bedroom. I canged it from the two single beds into one queen sized bed, build a little natural wardrobe, painted, got new flooring and installed LED lights. Very cosy! #shorts Here’s a dish I cooked up out at anchor. Ground chicken in a red chili sauce made from Fresno peppers, a sliver of habanero, gochujang, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, galangal, cilantro and vinegar. Topped off with some cut spinach and cilantro. No white bread and spam on this boat! This is the way I do boat food!
