What a treat for our passengers on board Poseidon this afternoon, who had a juvenile (3-4 years) Humpback whale come and join the fun at Helms Deep! The crew kept the passengers who were already in the water in a tight group as the extremely curious Humpback made around 20 passes in a 20 minute period. What an absolute treat for our passengers! During our time in Trinidad we spent a weekend at Chacachacare aboard a HUGE catamaran, kindly hosted by HQ2 Charters. One of the highlights was a Trinidadian catch and cook crabbing experience with our Trini mate Neil, who cooked a Tobago Crab Curry inspired recipe that was accidentally missing a few ingredients - you can blame the Stag and rum! It was also our first introduction to Trinidad's Moruga scorpion pepper - that stuff is a spicy flavour bomb in your mouth!
