Those of you who like adventure will be able to enjoy the unique opportunity of snorkeling in these clear waters. Swimming or just relaxing in our deck is also recommended. Stay alert and your eyes might catch the beautiful Wild Dolphins that like to play around the area. After snorkeling the crew serves lunch, which you eat on board, then you can take a dip in the ocean and party all the way back to the city. The time spent on the Island is from 3 to 4 hours. Wear a swimsuit, bring a towel and adequate sun protection! Alcoholic beverages are only served after the snorkel portion of the tour. Stiamo correndo verso ovest, ogni giorno mangiamo miglia che piano piano, sommandosi, stanno diventando veramente tante. Considerate che corriamo a 8 nodi con punte di 10, che per una barca a vela è tanto, ma che sulla terra ferma corrispondono più o meno a 18 km/h. È un po’ come farsi 4000km a 18 km/h. Tolto questo momento riflessivo/matematico, come diceva ieri Cami, le barbe si allungano! E qui si vede bene. Ma non solo! Inizia a lavorare a dovere anche la melanina, rendendoci la pelle abbronzata in mesi in cui solitamente è abituata a rintanarsi sotto strati di lana e cotone. La frutta è quasi finita, ma siamo ancora ben forniti di verdure, carboidrati, scatolame e…. Vorrei dire pesce fresco.. ma non oggi. Anzi, vi racconto questa. Avevamo smesso di provarci per l’alta velocità della barca. Poi la chiamata con un caro amico che ha fatto più di 30 volte questa passeggiata oceanica e ci dice che fino ai 10 nodi si pesca. Avreste dovuto vedere gli occhi di Tony. Si sono illuminati, come avesse visto un albero di Natale pieno di regali da aprire. E allora giù le esche subito! Non una, DUE! Fino a quando alle 19:20 locali, ore 21:20 italiane non sentiamo la frizione srotolarsi ai mille all’ora. Tempo di arrivare a chiuderla che ha strappato direttamente il filo. Anche oggi bocca asciutta, con non una, bensì due esche in meno. (Aveva abboccato anche nell’altra). Ragazzi, sicuramente sulla pesca dobbiamo prenderci la mano, ma vi garantisco che le due lampughe dei giorni scorsi erano così buone che vale la pena riprovarci, sempre! Ci leggiamo domani, Andrea
