When in town one must always visit the local watering holes. 🍻 Of course we had to visit Green TurtleTavern, but we noticed there was a new place across from it that wasn’t here last time we were here. We stopped at Hofbrau Amelia, an authentic German style biergarten. We got a couple mugs of hefeweizen and giant pretzel that totally spoiled our dinner but was so worth it! 🥨 . We anchored for a week, taking daily dinghy rides in, to hike Monument Beach. We did a trash clean up and beach walk one day, hiked the face of the cliff side another and soaked in all the sun!! One of the best more relaxing days we've had sailing in the Bahamas!
