Thoughts 💭 1) after some of the dives I’ve seen so far, I think some of those soccer players could use this workout 😏 2) in before ‘uhhh maybe you should put on some proper clothes to workout’ (sorry but my butt is 4 shades lighter than my legs!!! 🫤🫤🫤). All you really need for this workout is a step! You can find something like that so easily around your home, and it levels up the workout a LOT! Perform the first 3 exercises as a circuit for 45 on / 15 off for 3 rounds. Perform the second 2 exercises 45 on / 15 off for 3 rounds. Make sure to perform both exercises on the SAME SIDE before switching legs. For extra fire Takes you up to 30 minutes with a very sore booty the next day 🔥 Happy Sunday friends!
