The Hobie sail loft in Oceanside, California is one of the two places in the world where Hobie Cat sails are made. Shown in this video are Hobie Bravo sails as well as a few Hobie 17 main sails. Photos are from April 8th 2013.

With software dictating the shape of the mold, the sail can be built with amazing precision, but it's not perfect and often times, only the expert eyes of the sail designer can spot irregularities, which can then can be fine-tuned before curing the sail.
