El lenguaje de los sueños nos permite desviarnos de los obstáculos del inconsciente que son el resultado de nuestros mecanismos de defensas. Sin enfocarse en tareas de terapia individual o grupal y sin darse el objectivo de solucionar traumas, esta simple técnica nos permite llegar a ver el posible transcurso evolutivo de nuestros pensamientos y activar recursos individuales y de grupos a través de las imágenes que los sueños nos regalan.
