Guys we are getting reaaaaal creative and perhaps slightly desperate over here. Workouts have hit an all time low. Diet has kinda sucked! Lack of time, unexpected boat problems, and minimal space to workout have made it all the more difficult to stay in shape 😕 So yesterday I said NO EXCUSES, woke up at 7 AM, found this scary little cement dock to workout on, and got to work. It wasn’t my best session, but it was still better than nothing at all. If you don’t have a lot of space to workout in - you don’t need to give up on your goals! 🙅🏻♀️ Stop finding any reason to justify your excuses.
