Nautical artist, David Schor, is travelling in Europe creating commissioned art works and gathering imagery for new original paintings. He posted this clip from the San Remo Yacht Club in Northern Italy .... "On the day before the final race, the Yacht Club of San Remo held an informal event. As a jazz band played excellent music, an exquisite buffet was served. The sailors mixed, compared experiences and hopes for the final race. THIS is why we go sailing. To be all alone and at one with nature in amazing anchorages like the one featured here. We spent days swimming naked, kayaking and exploring tunnels leading to hidden lagoons full of wonder. Floating calmly in warm, crystal-clear waters above pure white sands, brilliant corals and abundant sea life while surrounded by amazing rock formations and lush, tropical jungle with the air filled by birdsong.
