On a crisp evening we had the pleasure of making homestyle New England staples for a think tank for the creative and technology spaces. Guests hailed from Africa, Inited States, and Japan. We made Atlantic Salmon with Dill Creme. Vegan Manhattan style Chowder. Black Pearl Clam Chowder. Pot Roast. Last but not least. Eaton Mess. We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe âŠ..slowly.
