The 28′ was built for the Anderson County fire department in South Carolina, so this boat had a built in water tank and pump so a hose can be connected for fire fighting operations. Toni and I set sail with our son, Ben, and our 4 grand kids for the first time on Moments in Time. It was nice weather with low winds and no chop.
