When it comes to jungle hikes our Australian Shepherd dog Rose has zero chill! When she sees a waterfall, it's just the next part of the adventure because this joyful boat dog loves sliding down the rocks in Trinidad so much we actually have to slow her down! From the rainforest to the river, she’s always the first one in and generally the last to leave. As we sail around the world, we really couldn't ask for a better dog to have by our side 🐶🐕⛵ After backpacking Asia, road tripping Europe and doing a bit of van life, we’re now exploring the world aboard our Leopard 45 catamaran. We’ve officially hauled Sabado out of the water at Port Whangarei Marine Center in New Zealand, and the refit has begun! In our latest video, we take you through a day in our new routine: starting the morning at our rental house, commuting to the boatyard, and diving into our first big boat projects. We kick things off by tearing apart our bed to prep for a major power system upgrade. We also give you a tour of the yard facilities, and remove our cockpit fridge to make way for a new one. It’s a strange feeling seeing the boat on land with empty cabinets, but we’re excited (and a little nervous) about what’s ahead.
