In the almost 2 years we've spent in Trinidad repairing our boat in the shipyard and on anchor we've made some amazing friends. Before we left, we wanted to catch up with two of them for one last lime. Both incredible cooks we had curried goat for dinner then after a swim the next morning to recover from the late night, tucked into some tasty curried duck. Escaping the storm. Sailing through squall after squall in the Indian Ocean. We shedded our sail and were reduced to hand steering the boat through the dark of the night. It was unpleasant yet character building.
