We were in the midst of making a mistake, much like last winter. Fully engaged in various projects, a screwdriver here, a wrench there... and suddenly, we place something on our beautifully lacquered dining table, causing deep scratches on the tabletop ✨ We’ve agreed that we bought the boat to use it, so it’s not like we’re walking on tiptoes to avoid wear and tear on the boat. Where we can, we take preventive measures. Therefore, the dining table, which has turned into a work table over the winter, has been covered with an old tablecloth to avoid unnecessary wear 🛠️ The scratches and marks we’ve made throughout the boat are annoying when they happen. One tells oneself, “if only I had done it this way, it would never have happened.” But we’ve gotten better at saying “oh well,” and as time goes on, the scars remind us of a specific time or episode aboard the boat ⛵️

2 år i Medelhavet och Karibien utan hudkräm, utan torra läppar, utan att ens tänka på hudvård. Sol, värme och saltvatten varje dag och huden mådde bättre än någonsin. Sen kom vi till Sverige. Efter bara två dagar: 💋 Torra läppar (Eriks sprack och började blöda) 🥶 Vi fryser konstant 🧴 Huden känns plötsligt supertorr Och en sak vi får påminna oss själva om vid varje toalettbesök: 🚽 När man bor på land får man slänga toapapper i toaletten igen 😅 Små saker man inte tänker på när man flyttar mellan klimat, men kroppen märker direkt. Har ni också märkt hur mycket huden förändras mellan olika klimat? 👇
