The LeisureCat 8000 Westerner is the walkaround model with a difference. It features a larger cab than the StormCat giving better weather protection for crew and a larger rear deck area, while still retaining the walkaround concept that allows more room for multiple fishermen. The cuddy cab has a large stowage area with bi-fold lockup door. It includes an electric toilet. The upholstered forward seats give a luxurious lounge area and have hinged tops to provide additional stowage under. Other standard features include saltwater deck wash, bolsters along inside of gunwales, roof hatch, esky seat in front of the console, electric anchor winch and a marlin board extension with dive ladder. Recommended engine power is 2x150hp to 200hp 4-stroke outboards. The Westerner has all the standard LeisureCat safety features and includes their renowned wavebreaker for that soft ride.

Vacilando a un colega en la ETSAM. El boomerang creo recordar que rodea la barra de la lámpara y a mi colega, pero no me acuerdo y en el video no se aprecia. Es un boomerang preciso y de muy muy corto alcance (aun menor que el famoso Roomarang) ideal para volar dentro de una casa, con viento cero (aunque soporta una suavisima brisa) La única pega es transportarlo porque si se dobla se fastidia pero estoy tratando de hacer uno que quepa en una carcasa de CD. DETALLES: Boomerang en hoja de polipropileno como la cubierta de plástico rugoso negra o blanca de algunos cuadernos. ¡No es acetato! El acetato se usa en la mayoría de tapas de encuadernaciones pero es más liso, se vuelve blanco al doblarlo, y es quebradizo si se golpea de canto (algún boomerang se me rompió así, siempre con acetato). El polipropileno de encuadernar es más fino y flexible que el acetato, y no lo conozco transparente. Este diseño está sacado de www.kbn3.com/bip/index2.html pero sustituyendo el cartón por el polipropileno e imprimiendo en A4 en vez de en A3. Alcance -2m. Radio del boomerang: 10cm, lo que hace una envergadura de unos 17cm. Boomerang made on a SHEET of polipropylene like those found on some notebooks or photocopied documents. It's not acetate! Acetate is not as flexible and thin, and is more fragile if hit on the edge. Boomerangs made on acetate broke with a glass-like fracture when hit this way. Doing a rig check before offshore sailing? Here’s how we inspect our rigging before every passage. From the top of the mast, we check for cracked fittings, loose pins, corrosion, and halyard chafe — the small things that can turn into big problems at sea. We use a climbing harness (or a bosun’s chair works too), a figure 8 knot for extra security, and always a backup halyard. Clear communication and double-checking gear are key when one of you is literally hoisting the other up the mast.
