The 2021 LEGO Darth Vader Helmet (75304) is another great addition to the Star Wars helmet collection. At $70 it is the most expensive of the collection, but it also has the most pieces. This speed build gives you a quick idea of the build process, but watch my review (link below) to learn more about the set. I’m back in Hyōgo, walking through Toyooka — a place I once cycled with my family and our dog. Today I’m heading to Kyotango, known as Japan’s Capital City of Longevity and host of the recent Global Longevity Summit. I’ll be visiting a remarkable couple — he’s 97, she’s 92 — who still farm their land and run a guesthouse. Their story captures the spirit of lifelong purpose, movement, and community. Wish me luck — because it’s never too late to keep learning, and never too late to keep walking. #NeverTooLate #Longevity #Japan #Kyotango #Hyogo #HealthyAging #NeverTooLate #BlueZone #AgingWell #TravelJapan #FarmLife #Purpose #KeepWalking

"We had a great day racing the defenders, who were unbeaten so far. They're the class act at the moment, so they'll never be easy. But we had a great race. We sailed really well, managed to get a good start, and then we kind of controlled the race from there. So it's really positive, especially after the little disappointment yesterday." - Paul Goodison, American Magic Helmsman
