New Review! The Regal LX43 blurs the line between a premium center console and a luxury day/weekend cruiser. With a 13’2” beam (17’6” with terraces deployed), convertible lounge space, and fishing-ready features like twin 22-gal livewells. Step below, and you’ll find two well-appointed staterooms and a spacious head. Regal’s design team packed this 44-footer with thoughtful touches—fold-out decks, sunpad options, and triple-outboard configurations up to 1,800 hp. David Payne of the Australian National Maritime Museum gives us a little inspiration for the Australian Sailing Hall of Fame with a look at Barrenjoey, the 5.5M yacht which was sailed to Olympic glory in 1964. Grandfather Bill Northam and crew Peter “Pod” O’Donnell and James Sergeant, won Australia’s first Olympic sailing Gold medal in Tokyo in this beautiful boat which was designed in the US but built in Australia. Nominations for the Australian Sailing Hall of Fame close on June 16, so get your nominations in 👉🏻http://www.sailing.org.au/australian-sailing-hall-fame/
