With the launch of the Bestevaer 36 S/Y, we achieved another new milestone this week. We haven't built such a sustainable and compact yacht before. In the coming weeks we will be working hard on the finishing touch. The travel schedule for the next two months feel like a tour: First a test sail on the Wadden, then onwards to the jury days for the Yacht of the Year Innovation Awards, next up the launch at Hiswa in-water Boat Show, and then immediately on to Grand Pavois boat show in La Rochelle. Pictures and videos of the interior will follow later. After an extensive refit the Bestevaer 65S 'Ushuaia' left the yard today, to set sail to Portugal. It's always nice to see owners bring back their yacht to where she was built and have the yacht refitted by the same skilled workers as when she was built 15 years ago.
