Our redesigned Beyond Basic course is perfect for sailors looking to take their skills to the next level by perfecting advanced sail trim and setting spinnakers! In this exciting, hands-on, two-day class, you’ll learn; teamwork, sail handling, advanced upwind and downwind sail trim, spinnaker sets, spinnaker jibes and spinnaker douses. There will be brief classroom lectures on the physics of sailing, lift, twist, and flow, but most of the time will be on the water experiencing speed. Stamane sono arrivata con la mia barca a vela Maneki all'isola piu' piccola dell'arcipelago delle Canarie, la Graciosa. E' separata da Lanzarote solo da qualche miglia, ma e' completamente differente, la sua sabbia e' dorata e i coni vulcanici variopinti. C'e' un unico ancoraggio, playa Francesa e un'unica marima, Caleta de Sebo. Il resto e' riserva marina. non ci sono strade asfaltate e la si percorre in bicicletta in un giorno. Ma durante il weekend e' affollata di turisti che arrivano dalla vicina Lanzarote.
