Old video from 2019. After a sail back from Punta Gorda, we were waiting to enter Burnt Store Marina. We just lowered our sail and were waiting for the channel to clear out. The wind surprised us in our way back. Our boat at the time was a Tartan 33. #sailing #Tartan33 #storm

Since our first visit, Cumberland Island has become the “magical” or “enchanting” place on the ICW. And how lucky are we to be able to visit it by private vessel? We enjoy exploring all parts of the island, from the trails and marsh to the beaches and mansion ruins, but it’s the wildlife and remoteness that keeps us wanting to come back.
